Hello from Blue Dragon,
I'm Chi Ngac from Blue Dragon Children's Foundation in Vietnam. I have been involved with Blue Dragon's work for over ten years in different positions as a volunteer and staff member.
During the last decade, I’ve seen first-hand how this work to keep children and families safe from homelessness and human trafficking is transforming lives and communities across Vietnam.
I’m so excited to have the opportunity to share with you about our work to end exploitation and disadvantage while I’m in Berlin.

About Chi Ngac
As the Head of Communications and Fundraising at Blue Dragon, Chi leads a team that strives to inspire, inform, and ultimately build a movement of people and partners united in a common goal: the end of human trafficking and exploitation.
Chi has been involved with Blue Dragon in a number of roles in the past 10 years. Driven by her deep belief that no child should ever have to experience hardship, neglect or abuse, she began her trajectory with Blue Dragon as a volunteer.
After completing her studies in the UK, Chi joined Blue Dragon’s communication and fundraising team as a staff member. Since 2019, she is responsible for Blue Dragon’s communications with individuals, corporate partners and others interested in joining Blue Dragon's mission.
